JOIN THE ADVENTURE: NATIONAL VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The Chief Commissioner is pleased to invite applications for the following new national volunteer leadership positions:
- Deputy National Commissioner - Volunteer Services: Responsible for all aspects of preparing, supporting, servicing and recognizing volunteers in Scouting roles.
- Deputy National Commissioner - Technology: Responsible for all aspects of the definition and implementation of technology solutions.
- Deputy National Commissioner - Marketing and Communications: Responsible for all aspects of defining and strengthening internal and external positioning and communications. (Refer to area 2 of the SCOUTING NOW Action Plan.)
- Deputy National Commissioner - Program Services: Responsible for all aspects of program maintenance, development and delivery.
- Deputy National Commissioner - Organizational Development: Responsible for leadership and direction of activities that develop and promote a flexible, lean and participatory organization. (Refer to area 3 of the SCOUTING NOW Action Plan.)
- Deputy National Commissioner - Growth: Responsible for strategies, tools, aids and direction for setting and achieving the growth goals of the Scouting movement. (Refer to area 5 of the SCOUTING NOW Action Plan.)
- Deputy National Commissioner - Development: Responsible for all aspects of external relationships (new and existing sponsors, partners, funders, etc.).
- National Diversity Advisor: Responsible for developing and executing a national diversity framework and for liaising with the National Diversity Network.
